Binny User Guide

Binny connects to your Gmail and lets you manage your entire inbox by voice. Read, send, reply, forward, and search emails — no smartphone needed.

Getting set up: connect your Gmail

A one-time, secure connection from your dashboard lets Binny read your email and act on your behalf:

  1. Go to Binny.io and sign in to your account.
  2. In the side menu, open the “Connections” tab.
  3. Find the Gmail card and click the black “Connect Gmail” button.
  4. In the Google window, check all the permission boxes and click “Continue”.

Checking every permission box matters — Binny needs them to read, send, and search on your behalf.

Open Connections in your dashboard

Read your latest emails

Get a summary of your most recent unread emails.

Try saying:

“Hi Binny, read me my latest emails”
“Hi Binny, what's in my inbox?”
“Hi Binny, do I have any new messages?”

Read a specific email

Ask Binny to read the full content of an email.

Try saying:

“Hi Binny, read me the email from Yanky”
“Hi Binny, open the last email from the Gemach”

Send an email

Dictate an email to send to any contact in your address book.

Try saying:

“Hi Binny, send an email to Yanky saying I'm running 10 minutes late”
“Hi Binny, send an email to Dr. Cohen asking to reschedule the appointment”

Reply to an email

Dictate a reply to the email you just heard.

Try saying:

“Hi Binny, reply to that email — tell him I'll be there by 3”
“Hi Binny, reply to Moshe and say I got his message”

Forward an email

Share an email with someone else.

Try saying:

“Hi Binny, forward that email to my wife”
“Hi Binny, forward the message from the school to Rivka”

Search your inbox

Find emails by sender, subject, or keywords.

Try saying:

“Hi Binny, search for emails from the Gemach”
“Hi Binny, find any emails about the bar mitzvah”
“Hi Binny, search for the invoice from last month”

Email notifications

Ask Binny to call you when a specific reply or email arrives.

Try saying:

“Hi Binny, call me back once I get a response from the Gemach”
“Hi Binny, let me know when I get an email from the school”

Golden tip: set up contacts and favorites ⭐

Spelling out long email addresses on the phone is awkward. Instead, add the people you email often under the “Contacts” tab and star them as Favorites. Once a contact is starred, just say “forward the last email to Aaron” — Binny matches the name to the saved address automatically.
